The nightclubs might not be open yet, but that doesn’t stop Zouk from coming up with not one but two new concepts for you to while your nights (and days) away with some great ambience and even greater food!
The first of Zouk’s newest ventures is an omakase restaurant, Sushi Ichizuke—a unique dining experience that exemplifies how the traditional and modern intersect. The menu at Sushi Ichizuke features only the finest produce, fresh, seasonal ingredients imported twice weekly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Fish Market.
The lunch omakase goes for $80++ (5-course) to $180++ (7-course); and dinner starts from $220++ (7-course) to $380++ (8-course). Diners can look forward to items like the House-special Handroll, Ichizuke Don, Monk Fish Liver with Tomatoes and Ice Plant and more, along with à la carte add-ons like Miyazake Beef ($45++) and Special Kaisen Tempura ($45++).
The second concept by Zouk is a speakeasy bar modelled after 1950s Japanese vice den, cheekily named Here Kitty Kitty. The posh bar has 3 concept rooms: the Cathouse, Mamasan Lounge and the Shibari Room, along with a private bar and lounge.
Indulge in intimate conversations over bites like the Wagyu Sando ($58++), Here Kitty Kitty Signature Maki ($28++), Shioyaki ($16++) and more! As for tipples, signature cocktails at Here Kitty Kitty include the likes of Haku-Hai ($24++), Ume Whiskey Sour (@24++) and Golden Hour ($22++).
