The buffet is an absolute feast for meat lovers, with an array of premium roasts, chargrilled meats, gourmet cuts, sides, seafood, desserts and more. Highlights from the meat line-up include 8 Hours Slow Roast Brisket, Grilled Beef Striploin, Chargrilled Tomahawk, Roast Lamb Leg, German Pork Knuckle, Citrus Glazed Poulet, Beef Cheek Bourguignon and more.
