Popular artisanal alcoholic ice cream bar from Malaysia opens its doors in Singapore this September! Hailing from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2016, The Ice Cream Bar’s philosophy in creating these artisanal boozy ice creams is to focus on balance in taste and texture—to achieve that desirable luscious, smooth and creamy ice cream texture, coupled with alcoholic flavour that packs a punch without having the ice cream become a melty, gloopy mess.
The Ice Cream Bar serves mostly handcrafted alcoholic flavours (and some non-alcoholic) with scoops going for $4.90 (single), $8.50 (double) and $11.60 (triple) and flavours like Kahlua Cheesecake, Guinness Brownies, Whiskey Red Velvet, Smoked Cognac, Crunchy Coffee Whiskey, and of course, the classic Rum & Raisin and many more. They also have the option of Buttermilk or Charcoal Waffles ($6) to go with their ice cream.
Expect also a bevy of refreshing thirst quenchers to combat the richness of their boozy ice creams such as various coffees, floats and teas.
