Nagai’s Singapore outlet is located within Eat at Seven at Suntec City, and mark’s the brand’s very first international outpost.
For a true taste of Hokkaido, treat yourself to one of Nagai’s omakase courses that start from an affordable $98 for a 6-course meal. If you’re looking to splurge a little more, you can also go for their $138, $198 or $380 courses. The $98 omakase course comes with an appetiser, 3 kinds of sashimi, grilled item, hotpot, main and dessert. At Nagai, they also serve their sashimi in an unconventional manner: freshly sliced sashimi is plated beautifully atop a massive hand-carved slab of ice for that extra wow factor.

Menu items served during the omakase are not fixed and depends on what’s the best seasonal ingredient or produce at the moment, but diners can definitely look forward to enjoying premium ingredients like uni, crab, abalone, akami, botan ebi, kazunoko, hirame and other Hokkaido specialties.
