LUXE MIDDLE-EASTERN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT LOOKS LIKE A GOLDEN CAVE!

Ever wanted to dine in a cave? Aniba is probably the closest thing to cave-esque dining you’re going to get in Singapore, with an extravagant gold-themed interior and moody atmosphere. Be wowed by the amazing entrance that’s lined with giant gold scales that shimmer and glitter in the light, making it feel like you’re entering a secret cavernous space that only you know about.

The rest of Aniba’s space is equally mesmerising, from the atmospheric bar as the focal point of the restaurant, lit with glowing lamps that resemble futuristic plants straight out of a scene in Avatar. The restaurant pays homage to the head chef’s Israeli roots with ancient symbols carved into the walls. For an ultra exclusive dining experience, you can book Aniba’s private dining room that can seat up to 14 persons.

Aniba serves exquisite and elegantly executed Middle-Eastern cuisine married with a European flair, with a focus on fish and vegetable ingredients. Highlights from the menu include Smoked Trout Donuts ($29), Hamachi & Watermelon Tartare ($38), Pani Puri ($26), Avocado Ravioli ($33), Yemenite Tacos ($57), a selection of various house-baked breads, traditional-inspired desserts and more.

Don’t miss out on their bespoke cocktail menu either, especially on Saturdays when Aniba transforms into a speakeasy with guest DJs and a specially curated cocktail and bar menu!
