New Alfresco Botanical-Themed Restaurant @ Four Seasons Hotel Singapore!

Lush, verdant and bathed in natural daylight, the all-new, breezy Garden@One-Ninety is set in an alfresco terrace within the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Regarded the hotel’s latest botanical dining experience, Garden@One-Ninety is an extension of the pre-existing One-Ninety Bar.

Drawing inspiration from the nearby Singapore Botanic Gardens, Garden@One-Ninety is the ideal hotspot for relaxed social gatherings and features a menu which is keenly focused on market produce, with a dedicated plant-based selection, craft cocktails and other wellness-centric alternatives. Helmed by Chef Pierre Barusta, this all-new concept showcases a deep appreciation for fresh seasonal produce, modern French techniques, and Vietnamese heritage.

Of the restaurant’s innumerable offerings, Garden@One-Ninety invites guests to indulge in its $34 Garden Burger which comprises of a Chickpea Patty, Semi-dried Tomatoes, Hummus, and Pita Bread, the $29 Somen Noodles with Portobello Mushrooms, Broccolini, Tahini, Crushed Peanuts and Chilli Oil, $38 Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Kai Lan, Bean Sprouts, Quail Eggs, and Laksa Broth, the $15 Lemon-Yuzu Macaron with Pomelo and Rhubarb Sorbet, $15 Vanilla-Soy Panna Cotta with Coconut Ice Cream, the $148 Seasonal Seafood Tower For Two with Maine Lobster, Oysters, King Crab, Mussels, Prawns, and Hokkaido Scallops, and the $32 Black Truffle Focaccia with Mascarpone and Mozzarella Cheese, amongst a multitude of other delectable mains, sides, and desserts.

To celebrate its recent opening, Garden@One-Ninety is now serving complimentary char-grilled meats and plant-based skewers grilled a la minute with any beverage order purchased from now till 31st July 2021, between 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
