Pink and teal-themed café Brown Butter has new additions to the menu—gorgeous floral jelly shakes and Sugar-misus!
The shakes come in two flavours: Rose Jelly Shake—Rose Cheesecake with Lychee Rose Jelly and Yam Jelly Shake—Rose Cheesecake with Yam Jelly ($16.90), each topped with an elegant rose-shaped cheesecake.
If you prefer to eat your cheesecake instead of drink it, they also offer the Lychee Rose Cheesecake ($14.90) and Yam Cheesecake ($14.90) on their own, along with a complimentary love lock!
Another new menu item is the Sugar-misu ($22)—tiramisus that come in flavours like Life’s a Beach (Biscoff), Mad Hatter’s Garden Party (Coffee Avocado), Swan Lake (Strawberry Rose) and Pool Party (Original). What’s so special about these Sugar-misu desserts is their whimsical designs that are one of a kind, individually and lovingly crafted.
The Sugar-misu will be available starting 24th September 2021, along with Brown Butter’s Fall 2021 Omakase Dessert Bento ($38). Desserts included in the Fall 2021 bento are: Red Velvet Cake, Japanese Original Cheesecake, Strawberry Cream Cupcake, Tiramisu Cake, Lychee Rose Cheesecake, Matcha Cheesecake, Classic Mousse Cheesecake and Ondeh Ondeh Cake. The desserts included in the bento will vary according to the season, with new dessert selections in December 2021. The bento boxes are filled with delectable sweet treats, and are even embellished with dainty little butterflies that are not only gorgeous but totally edible as well!
