Beer and ramyeon noodles are a well-known pairing, but what about beer in ramyeon? Korea’s convenience store chain, CU, has come up with a new collaboration product: merging 2 of Korea’s favourite foods: beer and ramyeon noodles.

The Korean brand has released a novel kind of cup noodles: Guinness Jjajang—and you can now get it here in Singapore at FairPrice Finest. The dry-type cup noodles infuse the classic Guinness stout with Korean black bean sauce noodles. While it might seem like quite an odd pairing, online reviews say that the flavour combination is actually not too bad—with the subtle bitterness of the stout balancing the sweetness of the jjajang sauce.
