Available for a limited time only, Alma’s all-new “BWT” Black Winter Truffle Burger was conceptualised in commemoration of Father’s Day. Showcasing a mix patty of Kumamoto A3 Wagyu Beef with Dry-Aged US Beef, this luxurious meat remains pink with edges grilled to perfection.
Sandwiched effortlessly between in-house-made pillowy soft buns, and a stack of other ingredients such as, Caramelized Onions, Beef Bourguignon, Cheddar Cheese, Umami Glaze, Maitake Mushrooms, Candied Bacon, Aged Gouda Cheese, and Bechamel – this burger is topped by shaved black truffles and served complete with a side of fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
Worth $88 a la carte, the “BWT” Black Winter Truffle Burger is also available in a set accompanied by Crispy Pomme Paillasson and a 375ml bottle of 2017 Castellare di Castellina Chianti Classico, for $100.
