Co-sharing café concepts are becoming increasingly popular in light of Covid-19, with one of many located centrally along Mohamed Sultan Road. Housing both Gelatolabo and Glass Roasters, this classic co-sharing café space has recently welcomed two new entrants – Brick, a wood-fired specialty brunch, and a dedicated pizza arm known as ‘P. is for Pizza’ which opens after 5pm.

Promising an abundance of smokey aromas and charred aftertastes, the Brick menu is surprisingly diversified, offering items such as a $15 Acai Superfood Bowl, $16 Cast Iron Baked Shashuka, $16 Convent Truffle Potatoes, $28 Boston Crab Cakes, $20 French Brioche Toast, $28 Red Miso Crusted Salmon, and $32 100 Days Ribeye Steak and Eggs, amongst a multitude of other delectable choices – all boiled, heated, baked, or fried within the same wood fire oven.
