On 24th and 25th October, enjoy a brand new dining experience within the airline’s Airbus A380 – the largest passenger aircraft in the world, and get a chance to relive all the good things that you have missed about taking an SIA flight.

Not a fan of plane food? There’s nothing to worry about as the specially-curated menu will feature Peranakan cuisines by chef Shermay Lee – a far cry from the normal meals that passengers are served during flights. In addition, each meal will include two alcoholic drinks, and free-flow of other beverages like soft drinks, juice, tea, and coffee.

If you are worried about being in a constricted place with too many people, SIA has reassured that it will prioritise safety measures such as sanitising and safe distancing. While SIA has not announced the number of spots available yet, the Airbus A380 is able to hold a total of 470 passengers, so there is definitely enough space for all diners to enjoy their meal in peace.

Interested diners can book the experience through the KrisShop website at a later date. Prices have yet to be announced, though diners will have the choice to choose which cabin class they would like to dine in. The experience also comes with extra perks like KrisShop discounts and a goodie bag. You can even get an extra surprise gift for turning up in a traditional costume.
