The upcoming SKS City Mall JBCC boasts a 280,000 sqft building, with a stunning sunroof and glasshouse-style ceiling, plus lots of exciting F&B, retail and lifestyle experiences to look forward to. Some of the confirmed tenants of the mall include Village Grocer, Palates & Bagels, Beutea, Jungle Gym, KKV, Miniso, MiX.Store, Oriental Kopi, Big Pharmacy, Ming Ang, Thai Odyssey, Zus Coffee and more.

The mall is located less than 10 minutes away from the checkpoint, with convenience access to major roads like the Tebrau Highway.
