Moe Moe’Soft Soufflé is a beloved soufflé specialty chain, with over 30 outlets across China, and they’re known for their ultra fluffy and jiggly soufflé pancake “sandwiches” stuffed with generous cream fillings. All of Moe Moe’Soft’s soufflés and cream fillings are made fresh in-house daily, with new batches churned out a several times a day.

Currently, they’ve got 7 different flavours available for soufflés, and prices start from $5.90 each. Our picks from the current flavour line-up include the Sakura Hokkaido Milk ($6.90) and Classic Matcha ($5.90), otherwise their fruit-centric Grape & Cream ($6.90) and Strawberry & Cream ($6.90) options are also worth a try. Overall, the flavours are pretty subtle, and not in-your-face at all; so if you prefer stronger flavours, you might find their soufflés to be a little plain-tasting.
If you enjoy desserts that aren’t too sweet, these soufflés might be right up your alley: both the soufflé pancake and fillings are only very lightly sweetened and they’re super light and soft to the bite—it’s almost like biting into clouds. The soufflés are also of the chilled variety, and are meant to be eaten cold.

They’re only less than a week old, and are already pretty popular, with lots of customers purchasing a couple of soufflés at a go. We’re told that on some days, they even sell out completely before official closing time. If you’re looking to get your hands on these soufflés, we recommend coming earlier in the day, either in the morning or by the afternoon.
